Zuerst gabs eine Vorstellung, dann ein interview mit Fragen zur Motivation, organisatorischen Fragen, Arbeitsbereiche etc. . Danach e Absprache über Arbeitszeiten, Fragen zu persönlichen Gründe für die Wahl der Allianz, Fragen zu Studienschwerpunkten etc.
