Allianz interview questions

The first round was with a recruiter and focused on my previous professional experience. It lasted approximately 25 minutes. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who asked highly academic and technical questions for what was presented as a mid-senior role. To me, it felt more like an academic examination than a professional interview. I also found the hiring manager’s attitude rather arrogant.

The interview process consisted of a single phone interview with a hiring manager. It lasted approximately 30 minutes and covered background questions, motivation for applying, and some technical topics including duration and VBA proficiency. No further rounds were required.
