Allianz interview questions

Over a period of two months I had 7 interviews with key people at the company. All interviews went well and the conversations made reference to people who I "will" be working with and what my responsibilities "will" be. For weeks I was told by HR that I was in the running and then all of a sudden received an email that I was not chosen with other candidates. The next morning I showed up as a "top candidate" for the same exact job on linked in. I email the HR person (as they urged me to contact them for other opportunities) and he said he wasn't sure what I interviewed for but that was a different job. When I sent him a screenshot he said the hiring manager decided to re-open the search. I had emailed the hiring manager to thank him for his time and received no response. Convoluted, confused process and the company either has no idea what they are looking for. Dishonesty from HR during the interview process is inexcusable. They go on and on about the great culture at Allianz but it seems like all words and no action.

it was quite simple. faced 2 rounds same day and then further negotiation happened over call with HR which took 2 further calls.took few week to get the offer.other than that it was fine
