Drei sehr freundliche Gespräche (1x HR, 1x Engagement Manager, 1x Partner) zu meinem Hintergrund und meiner Eignung mit vielen Infos zur Stelle und den Arbeitsbedingungen, bei denen vor allem typische Fragen wie Verhalten in schwierigen Situationen, Konfliktlösung, welche Art von Arbeitstyp man ist etc gestellt wurden sowie eine kurze Case Study.
sehr lockeres und entspanntes erstes interview mit HR mit normalen fragen (warum du, warum allianz, ...). warte akutell noch auf die antwort ob ich für das assessment center weiter komme
