Allianz interview questions

One interview. A follow up email sent by me a few weeks later. 3 months later job readvertised. Post-interview ghosting by an organisation of this size and reputation is pretty disappointing.

The interview itself was pretty relaxed and the interviewers were very nice. It was more of an informal exchange focused on the motivations, personality etc... than a really stressful interview, and I really appreciated that. However, the rest of the process was very unprofessional, I didn't hear back after a month and had to send 3 follow-up emails to get information on the process and learn that I got rejected.
