Allianz Management Trainee interview questions

Assessment Centre- one group activity, two individual presentations and one formal interview. The focus was more on how you came to the answer and how you worked, not what your answers were

Answer questions online (Why insurance, Why Allianz) followed by online tests and video interview with classic questions. Invited to Assessment Centre a few weeks after doing video interview. Assessment Centre included being given a Case Study and delivering a 10 min presentation on it with 20 mins of questions. Group Work given case study on a claims centre that was failing and discuss ways to fix it. Interview was 40 mins, they had your CV and asked questions on your motivation for applying and other standard questions. Offered 4 days after.
