Allianz Referent interview questions

Interviews with HR and then with line manager were professional, open and fair. Questions were focused on professional achievements and career ambitions, as well as personal motivation and style to determine "fit" with the company culture. HR also took time to describe the role in greater detail, explain how the position fits into the organizational structure and the big picture.
