1st Interview with HR business Partners (direct line managers) 2nd Interview with HR Manager for APAC region 3rd Interview with HR Director for APAC region I have rated my overall experience negatively as I feel there was not a lot of transparency during the interview process and in the final outcome. I first applied for the role in Feb 2016 and had heard nothing for 2-3 months. I was then contacted to see if I was still interested in the role in April 2016 and was invited to an interview, then again to a 2nd interview, and then again to a 3rd interview. Following the 3rd interview, I was told that I was unsuccessful due to not having a specific set of skills/experience which they would have been aware of from my application/resume and also which all 4 interviewers failed to mention when asked 'what is the ideal background and experience of your ideal candidate?'.
