The interview process started with a short phone and was followed by an English test. I am a qualified English teacher who studied and worked in English in English speaking countries for about 15 years - after doing the test I informed the HR officer that the test included grammatical and semantical mistakes. The test was at a lower intermediate level - inappropriate for the role that I was interviewing for. After two weeks, I was informed I did not pass the test - this information was given to me over the phone and Amadeus refused to provide me with my test results in writing. When I asked to speak to the manager, I received an email saying that the role was already filled. I see the role is still being advertised so I would suggest not to waste your time applying for this position since it's been advertised for many months now. Amadeus - an employer of the year?
