      Systems Engineer Interview

      Feb 15, 2013
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amadeus

      Interview

I applied for two positions at the same time. Two weeks later I write to both of them, one of the addresses was not valid and a couple of days later I got an answer from another email address asking a date for a telephonic interview with the hiring manager... He asked questions about a different position he thought would be more suitable for me (apparently it was already too late for the one I originally applied for), but since this one was new, he had to offer it internally first and that would take a couple of weeks, after which I sent another follow-up email (to suggest some ideas about the position and to ask for the status) and next day got an rejection from yet another email address. After that I never got any other answer from them.

      Question 1

Not really too difficult questions, I was not so well prepared and nervous. He asked for example to describe the steps I followed managing my last project. (He was interested in my project management skills)
