1st Interview was with HR. Overall it was about cultural fit discussions. I asked about the position itself and what would be the growth from there since that position is going to be a brand new one. HR promised that there are a lot of opportunities afterwards, this position will grow into a management one and new team members will be recruited. 2nd Interview - with Hiring manager. Basically he said that this role will be a support role for the sales team and will involve secretary work for him like doing admin and organize his calendar. He also said that there won't be anyone else and they don't have plan to hire anyone else, this role will basically be team's secretary, not a real Sales op role. I showed disappointment in this by asking more questions about the role. He was acting all high and mighty and a bit arrogant.
I got ghosted, they didn't even have the audacity to reject me. I felt like it was a complete joke and not to mention the time wasted on them...
That was the most unprofessional interview process I've been in.
