Confused..confused... unprofessional...these are the words that best describes the interview process here. I cleared all the technical rounds in the face to face interview that happened in January before Corona came..then came for HR round on another day and then they told to come 3 days later...came and cleared the last HR interview as well..Then recruiter told there might be some delay in releasing the offer letter....then after few more weeks of delay Corona came and then they got really a valid reason that they can't release the offer... Recruiter are very unprofessional in this company...they go for headcount approvals after selecting the candidate...never trust on this company that's all I can say...... recruiter will never reply your mails...must say a service based kind of culture was there and whatever reviews you have read in Glassdoor are true...after selecting and clearing all the rounds...after salary discussion and agreeing to that...they don't release the offer...

Multi threading scenarios...linked list programs....java collection....design pattern in microservices..... singleton class...total 3 rounds of technical interview....first is very short round and just screening kind of....4th round is director round for which you will be called another day...

Tras dos entrevistas telefonicas con RRHH me contactaron para tener entrevistas presenciales en el departamento. Me cancelaron y pospusieron la entrevista con la misma hasta cuatro ocasiones en el ultimo momento (casi momentos antes de salir hacia alli).
Me parecio todo muy poco formal y poco profesional. Me llevé mala impresion de los profesionales que me entrevistaron; poco formales y poco profesionales.
Durante la entrevista tube la impresion de que habian abierto un proceso sin ton ni son y que me estaban haciendo perder el tiempo. Finalmente me escribieron para decir que habian decidido no contratar y cerrar ese proceso por razones de cambio de estrategia.
Me hizieron perder un monton de tiempo.
