I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amadeus (Bengaluru) in Jul 2017
Interview
This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and need to be better at their hiring process.
I attended interview in Bangalore location Prestige tech park. Kindly avoid this company if you can't speak "hindi". They would not hire localites who can't speak hindi. Utter waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amadeus (Madrid) in May 2018
Interview
As I was applying from abroad, I had to go through few stages, but before that I had to fill in the document regarding conditions of the contract (eligibility for working in Spain and contract information):
1. The first one was numerical test (it was sent to me on a particular time with a deadline and I had to send it back on time).
2. Second one was a call with HR where the job conditions and future growth possibilites were outlined.
3. Third one was a call with future team leader, asking standard questions about me and my experience as well as presentation of the position and tasks.
4. Last step was a webex conference with 3 people - HR, team leader and future manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Describe my experience, what I did in my previous job.
2. HR questions, such as - what your friends say about you, why we should hire you, why we shouldn't hire you, what is it that makes you the best candidate, what are the areas you would like to improve yourself in etc.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amadeus (Singapur)
Interview
The Amadeus Graduate Program hiring process was ridiculously long and tedious. There is also a full day assessment center (round 5) which came about nearly 3 months I submitted my resume. The “observers” are generally biased toward non-Asian candidates because this was what their culture is like - they won’t say it but it’s obvious. I didn’t know this before I put in my application. If I did I wouldn’t apply because this kind of diversity doesn’t sit well with me and I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this till assessment day. Afterwhich there is a last face to face interview which I got into, but decided against. I mean - I’m looking to build a career at a company and I’ve got a good degree (did pretty damn well!). Decided to terminate the recruitment process prematurely.
Are you willing to relocate (not travel!) to another country for an extended period, from 6 months to two years? Most deployments are 2 years and we expect you to be committed.
