first was phone call - asked why Amadeus. then called for face to face. The interview was conducted by a Senior manager and HR. It lasted for an hour.

Question 1
They asked why Amadeus. Tell us about yourself and your role. Example of any challenge u found in job and how you came over it. if you ever had a chance to take decision on behalf of your manager, how did you handle it. Do you take decision on which tools to use? Strengths and weaknesses. Any lesson learned so far with any of your failure at work? Do you get training for everything or its learning in job? How do you communicate to people outside the campus, if they work in different countries/time zones? How do you convince a customer if the fix takes longer then expected or if you cannot replicate their issue, what steps do you take? Are you willing to work on weekends. Salary expectations.

Interview
The campus selection procedure comprises of two stages ::
1. Online Aptitude exams : There was online aptitude exam conducted by the company for recruitment which is to test logical , reasoning , and English skills like reading comprehensions .
2. Offline Interview :: I had 4 round of section :: a) Was asked basically question from skills mentioned in resume like c , c++ , java etc.
b) In 2nd round more of analytical n problem solving questions from programming language. Real time scenario problems . And few of puzzles "
c) The 3rd round was taken by senior managers , they were bit friendly and asked real time problems
d) 4th round was HR round which was simple and they asked about my background and why u want to join the company like that questions .

Interview
Psychometric testing and one-to-one with Head of Department, with follow-up interview with HR. The questions ranged for specific - regards previous experience, type of contracts, level of interaction with Sales teams - to general (regards willingness to travel, ability to work without supervision, etc.).
