Interview
Received a call from HR where she explained what the role is about, my current CTC and expected CTC. During this discussion I was told that they could provide CTC as per my expectation. After a week first round of discussion happened with pannel which went well. Second round was with the hiring manager. I received a call from HR once again where she told me that i was almost done and in an advanced stage of discussion and even told me about my relocation arrangements. Three days after that director round happened and everything went on great till the director asked me about my expected salary. After that his tone changed and he hurriedly left from the call. No communication was received after that call. This gave me an impression that they were not having budget to pay me the CTC I asked for. So another miscommunication between HR and hiring team with respect to the budget! Wasted a lot of my time (and their pannel as well) for 3 rounds and HR discussions.

Question 1
Current role and responsibilities, behavioral and situation based questions. Agile PM, SAFe and scrum related questions.
It had 5 rounds of interview with India as well as US folks. The process is long but recruiters are quick and the difficulty level is normal. Their three tech rounds followed by Indian manager round followed by PNC round.

2 tests techniques (maths / logique / info), 2 entretiens managers, 1 entretien RH pour tester chaque caractéristique du candidat et son T shape. Très dépendant donc des managers rencontrés
