I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Amadeus (Nizza)
Interview
The hiring process is the worst that I have ever experienced:
- They replied after 2,5 months from the moment when the application was submitted
- The HR, Recruitment and the project team seem to be not coordinated at all. Each of them told me different story what is the next step in application process
- Apart from meeting the project team (which was great btw), I had 4 (!!!!) calls with HR people asking THE SAME questions (typical HR stuff: why you want to join Amadeus, how you think you fit the company, what is your current salary etc.). After the third HR meeting I was already exhausted responding to the same questions and it became annoying.
- I invested my time in answering the English, logical and personality tests and receive positive feedback from the HR. Then I was asked to fill the application form (already did it on their website though) but after they disappeared with all that collected data for a month. I sent a kind reminder asking what is the status of my application, and received a response that they are finally not hiring me. They did not respond on my mail asking for an exact reason/amelioration steps.
It is really the most messed out application process in my life. The miscoordination among the teams is impressive and does not bring a good image on an international IT firm. Result = 4 months of discussion without a constructive feedback. Waste of time.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amadeus (Bengaluru) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interviewer was very professional. He was discussing my solutions and trying to teach me how to do them in a different way, everything was very conversational. The questions were from multiple domains such as networking, os, oops, data structures, algorithms, and Java programming.

Question 1
Lots of OOPs-related questions were asked. Some sorting algorithms and projects that I have done.
They were very nice and asked question where you could really show your best side. I went through 2-3 interviews and through those interviews found the team where they thought I would match best.
