Interview
I was asked to attend an on site interview and went to their office. First an HR specialist interviewed with me in Turkish and after a short break two techincal leader interviewed with me for about 2 hours in English. Interviewers are all kind and understanding. Questions was not really hard or challenging. One of the technical leaders even gave me a lift to the nearest subway station because the interview took a long time and the public transportation is not easy from office to subway. Both the leaders was really good and people I wanted to work with. After this step I've interviewed with the director and received an offer. But unfortunately I declined due to location of the office. HR was really helpful and tried to get the estimates on how can I commute. They really spent time on helping me feel good about the commute but I didn't wanted to accept because it is very far from my home. Remote working was not an option at that time. To this day I still think about how my carrier would be if had accepted this offer.

Can you explain singleton pattern and how you implement it?
Got only to the stage of the coding game, that was mainly based on my iq abilities, many pattern matching problems as well as testing my overall ability to think .

Games were really iq type of questions, focusing on perspective and how are you able to follow patterns.
