Interview
Unprofessional. Timings is not maintained. The interview was scheduled across 2 days and the panel does not turn up even after waiting for 1.5 hours and HR asks you to come next day again. Initially the recruiter says there is a budget X LPA for this role, then before interview HR says the budget is 0.9X and then after interview another HR says 0.8X and finally they offer you 0.75X, which will not even be standard hike on job change. Don't waste time.

Interview
Got call from consultancy and went to the site on a weekend.
Three rounds were there
1) technical
2) Management cum technical
3) Director round
Interview was easy. Focus was more concepts than on coding skill.
First round only one coding question was asked - check the number of bits set in integer.
Second round - some question based on linked list merge sort. I was asked to explain the logic on board.
Third round - high level questions on projects, expectations etc.
Salary Negotiation

HR sent intent to offer after few days.
Though I had told my CTC and expectations, their offer was lesser than my current CTC ..LOL..
;) Not sure what they had in their mind while giving me an offer which is lesser than my current CTC :P :P
Explained the same to the HR again. After few days they came back again and gave me an offer by increasing it by one lakh :P :P
Now for one lakh would anyone switch to a new company ? Not me atleast ;)
Their justification for offering me less was, salary should be parity with others in the company ;)
I had read in Glassdoor review that HR will try to convince the candidate by talking about their food and cab facility, and they tried to do the same with me also.
And onsite oppurtunity : heard they do have good short term onsite opportunity for around 4 weeks, but I didn't wanna take the risk for one France trip. If some other company pays me more , I can go to France by myself ;)

about previous company, what we did, how we handled, whats the most difficult issue that we faced
