Amadeus Project Manager interview questions

The case topic is chosen by the candidate. In other words, they don't give you a topic, you determine the topic. It is relaxing to have such a process as a candidate, you are more productive when you have a command of the topic. I interviewed through a submitted case. We proceeded through very detailed questions and answers.

Too many interviews : screening, manager, senior manager, someone in the org, HR. It takes weeks. It's not an agile approach. Candidates have other opportunities faster in other companies.
