The recruitment process was organised as a campus placement drive by Amadeus Labs
Online test on SHL platform consisting of verbal and quantitative reasoning, followed by 3 rounds of personal interviews (technical and HR). The verbal section of the test was easy and I was able to complete it quickly, but the quantitative reasoning section was lengthy and it required speed in calculations.
The interviews were scheduled in the form of knockouts, ie. only those candidates were selected who were able to clear the previous round satisfactorily. The first two rounds were technical, the third and the last, was a one-on-one with HR representative.
