-Initial phone screening dealing with capacity to manage programs and people -2nd phone interview related more to operational experience (metrics used, process improvement, planning) -on site interview was amicable and straight forward. basic math problem dealing with allocating resources to complete production goals. interview manly consisted of going over responses to previously assigned questions dealing with HR, safety, and quality issues. Responses were clarified and further probed during the panel.
