University hiring process:
1 initial in person technical screen (Generally a pretty easy algorithms questions to make sure you are at least competent)
3-4 rounds of technical interview (More algorithms and CS concepts questions, difficulty is slightly increased but they are only looking for you to be at a certain standard rather than competing against other candidates)

Interview
The interview was comprised of phone screenings followed by a full-day in-person interview by multiple different people who posed an array of different questions. There was a focus on questions related to complexity, data structures (especially in a distributed sense involving large amounts of data). There were also a few model design questions.
