Interview
I applied for a software engineer position online. I got a phone call from a HR person right away and set up a phone interview. A software developer from the hiring team called me and asked me about my current job. Although I explained that my job was maintaining software (mostly bug fixing), he kept asking me why I wanted to change my job from QA to software development. He then started asking me about algorithms. I wasn't too prepared so I didn't do good.
