Interview
All online via email, and a web portal. There was a test in which they check technical ability, also had to travel to a nearby proctoring site approved by Amazon to submit valid ID forms to verify you are who you say.

I've attended the interview via our college campus recruitment. There were 3 rounds totally. First round was JAM..just a minute, where 40 candidates were seated in a classroom and 1 HR was there with us.
Second was written versant test which includes all grammar test, typing test and email writing and all.
And the final round was HR/Ops round.

Interview
I applied online as this was a customer service rep. position working from home. After applying you also have to fill a questionnaire out. They contacted me via email just days later to set up a phone interview, the whole process took close to two weeks.
