Very systemized process but pretty straightforward. I started with an online application, took a skills assessment, and then had a couple of virtual interviews. They asked a lot of “what would you do” questions about handling tough customer situations. Overall, it felt organized and fair.

It was All right. Asked about my experience, education interests, and background and my hobbies. Overall good experience but unfortunately i did not get offer after only one round of interview
