My interview process with Amazon was one of the most engaging and thoughtful I’ve been through. It started with a pre-screen call, where I got to chat with HR, who made me feel like my time and experience mattered. He walked me through the company's vision, and I loved how passionate he was about solving real-world problems in IT management. It felt less like an interrogation and more like a conversation about where I could fit into their future.

There are 2 rounds. One with a hiring manager and the final round consists of 5 separate interviews over the span of 1-2 days. Make sure you understand how to answer questions in the STAR method.
