Interview
Leadership principles were hinted to. Always use STAR format. Interviewers are generally quite nice and easygoing. Dont repeat examples as they are taking notes. Try to have numerical metrics to back your statements.
Selection process was a skill based test that followed with a one on one interview /drill of the cs things , they give you a sort of mock test of a situation of customer service
Consisted of an online psychometric followed by 2 phone interviews. The phone interviews were conducted through Chime and were not very formal. They’re mainly assessing your personality. They did ask about my previous experience and my hobbies.
