The interview process was structured, efficient, and focused on Amazon’s Leadership Principles. It included an initial phone screening, an online assessment, and two virtual panel interviews. Questions were primarily behavioral, testing situational judgment, leadership skills, and data-driven decision-making. I appreciated the clarity and consistency throughout.
Very long. Multiple different individuals you interview with + different deliverables sometimes due. That said, it was somewhat expected being Amazon. Once you get through the interview, it is well worth it.
