1. Upload CV and other information on platform 2. Pass test which is basically very easy mathematics problems 3. Digital interview - Film yourself while answering to questions that have been standardised for every applicant 4. Interview with 4 people from Amazon - either on site or remotely, one hour per interviewer

Basic phone interview with the recruiter. If you pass then you move onto the final round of an onsite interview. It lasts about 5 hours and you interview with 4-5 different people within the company. You're given a basic situation essay you have to fill out before the onsite interview, which some of them will cover with you in the interview process. It's actually a very efficient interviewing process and a lot of other companies could take a note from them. They have a final decision for you within 3 days of your onsite interview. Again, very efficient.
