Amazon Area Manager I interview questions

3 rounds. Once initial HR, followed by 2 back to back interviews. This was also during covid. Others have said it was an initial interview via phone, then one onsite interview, then two back to back interviews on site.

It was very easy you go to a call that gives you a preview and what they are looking for followed by interviews with 3 different people separately. It goes back to back and there might be follow-up questions depending on your answers.
