Amazon Area Manager I interview questions

2, 30 minute same day interview sessions asking simple behavior questions, as well as specific questions about certain Amazon leadership principles which they tell you about beforehand. The 1st interviewer would usually be someone working the position you applied for while the 2nd interview would be from another position.

It was a very straight foward interview that had lots of normal interview questions. It was a three step interview process, but a lof of the same questions were asked along the way.
