Amazon Area Manager I interview questions

Diversi colloqui con diverse figure di Amazon, durata di ogni colloquio di circa 30 minuti, domande legate all'esperienza in varie situazioni di vita (decisioni difficili, lavoro in team, leadership ecc) a cui rispondere col metodo STAR, recruiter molto bravi e che ti mettono subito a tuo agio.

I had to do 3 interviews in one day. Approx. 30mins per interview. I was prompted to use the Amazon Chime platform to partake in the interviews. Noticeably, the interview questions were quite long so it made sense for the interviewer to ask the questions verbally and have it typed out on the chat for me to read it over and make sure I answered the question in its entirety.
