Amazon Area Manager I interview questions

2 step and 3 parts of same screening interviews with different TA. Never asked the reason of applying Amazon or position related questions. Only about your background to do screening based on there OLP(our leadership principles).

Pretty easy process if you study beforehand you should do fine Star proccess for most questions and they are rating you on how you answer all the questions obviously so I would say be prepared and have some questions for them as well
