Amazon Area Manager I interview questions

They did a phone interview and their were no specific skills mentionedm it was mostly scenarios on how you would react to certain management situations. Their was also an assessment that looked difficult but I BS'd it and still got the job. Use the STAR method to answer questions and be enthusiastic and you should be fine

The interview process focuses on the use of STAR method. Situation. Task. Action. Result. It’s a good rule of thumb to have 3-5 good stories that you can use during the interview
