Interview
I had two virtual panel interviews. The second one immediately followed the first. So, I blocked out four hours to play safety first. Make sure to drink water to stay hydrated and prevent dry mouth. However, not too much in case there's no time for a bathroom break. They conduct behavioral interviews using the STAR method, so a question is no longer one sentence with a question mark at the end of it. It becomes at least three, in my experience. When the recruiters ask 'questions,' candidates should intertwine those Leadership Principles to share their expertise, conveying Situations, Tasks, Actions, and Results, in their answers.

Interview
Two virtual interviews about thirty minutes each with different leaders. They each asked a few questions where the STAR method was required. The interviewers were professional and nice. They gave me great advice when I asked questions. It was a great experience.
