Amazon Area Manager II interview questions

Email 2 weeks prior to a series of amazon chime video interview. One with HR, one with Ops Manager, one with Senior Ops manager, Each back to back focusing on 2-4 different leadership principles each. Questions are heavily focused on scenarios and expected to be presented in STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result). 2 weeks prior to interviews amazon will give you practice sheet with list of leadership principles and sample questions to help prepare.
