Amazon Area Manager II interview questions

Interview process is about 3 hours long but very thorough. One of the best interview experiences I've had at any job. You also get to do either a virtual or physical tour if a fulfillment center so that you get a feel of the warehouse environment.

Very Easy. Behavioral Questions. Connected to Company leadership principles. Join call with other candidates where they give an overview of process. Two one on one interviews with different individuals. They introduce themselves. Inform you about their role in the company. They ask a few questions. It is good to come prepared. Feel free to be relaxed.
