STAR format questions. Interviewers really like that you stick to the STAR format when answering questions. It’s vital that you practice getting behavioral style questions and answering in the STAR format. It’s not intuitive to answer like that.
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable while answering questions. It’s not uncommon for an answer to be 3-5 minutes long as you talk through the Situation, what your Task was, what’s Actions you took and then finally what the Results of your actions were.

Very straight forward, need to know STAR format for all story answers. Asked around 3-4 questions per interview and had two interviews. Questions are based on leadership principles. They got back to me within two weeks to say i was inclined.
