Amazon Area Manager interview questions

3 interviews - one online assessment (45min), 1 call with a current area manager, and then a double interview with bar raisers. The online assessment guaged mathematical skills and decision making capabilities. The interviews were pretty standard, use the STAR format they talk about and be metric attainment focused

Chime (like zoom) video interview. There are 3 different calls. The first is to give information on Amazon as a company and the interview process. Then 2 other video calls with one manager each asking questions. Needed to answer in STAR format which is easy enough. Fluid like conversation and not awkward at all.
