Amazon want you to demonstrate lived experience as well as understanding the Amazon Leadership Principles. You have to demonstrate how you have management a team and how you'be gained commitment to achieve a desired outcome.

As a college hire, there was one round split between 2 people. One asked personal experience question i.e. "tell me about a time you experienced X and how you handled it", and the other asked me analytical, decision-making questions based on a specific scenario that was given.
