Amazon Area Manager interview questions

The job position is for an Area level 4 manager. The interview process was not bad. However, you have 2 different interviews with 2 different senior operations managers. Each interview lasts about 30-45 minutes. They want to see that you're able to think critically and how would you respond to certain situations using leadership skills.
