Following a phone screening interview, you will typically interview with the hiring manager (Operations or Senior Operations Manager), Human Resources and either the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Amazon follows a typical STAR (specific situation, task, action, and result of the situation you are discussing) format interview after each interviewer explains their role and their background.

2 x 45 minute sessions consisting of answering past job situations using the STAR format and incorporating Amazon Leadership Principles. There were more the 5 different people that conducted the interview and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The interview is virtual using Amazon's platform Chime.

Multiple rounds of interviews with different interviewers. At the last stage, there were 4 45-minutes interviews scheduled in a day. Last-minute scheduling due to time differences can be improved. Declined the interview process due to poor coordination.
