Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Pretty relaxed. 1 screening interview with 2 video call rounds. They focused heavily on the amazon principles and asked questions of those relating directly to the principles. If you have experience that you can relate to any principle, you should be fine. I used the STAR process.

Eazy and Straightforward. Had an interview with 3 different Operations Manager and most questions where about how to handle certain situations at Amazon. Other questions were about previous employment. They were pretty respectful throughout entire interview and was one of the best I've done in a while.
