One main round with two interviewers consisting of behavioral questions. Process was very smooth and friendly. Initially got screened via a campus recruiter, then had to take some online test as well as answer some situational questions with regards to what i would do when put in such positions. Most of these questions including the interview question aim to test your leadership qualities and how one would handle instances when required to manage people.

Awesome. Bar raising questions. Situation based questions were asked. Answers were probed. Job roles and responsibilities was explained. Expectations were set clearly and all possible scenarios were outlined to help with decision making of the job offer
