Mine was virtual so they had a group of 8 interviewees wait in a waiting room and then gave us instruction on what would happen next. I got put in a room and one person joined and asked questions then left and was followed by another interviewer. It was laid back. One main round with two interviewers consisting of behavioral questions. Process was very smooth and friendly. Initially got screened via a campus recruiter, then had to take some online test as well as answer some situational questions with regards to what i would do when put in such positions. Most of these questions including the interview question aim to test your leadership qualities and how one would handle instances when required to manage people.
