Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. I was reached out by one of the "university hire" recruiters asked if I was interested in applying. I applied and received a link for survey. I just had to answer the questions based on the information given from the survey. Then I had interview with two ops managers, and it took roughly 45 minutes each. The first interview was based on their STAR method. The second one was all about behavioral questions.
