Interview
Online assessment, then phone interview for sift, then site tour and multi-stage interview in person with different managers. Whole process was very fair and really have me a good view of the company and them a good view of me.

2nd interview(last): 1 on 1 with area manager. Asked about experiences, leadership, and why area manager in Amazon. Was taught specifics on jobs as area manager.
