Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Interview process was fast, although the interaction with the interview panel was very good but they were not happy with my answers. I am surprised what kind of people they are looking for. I have rich experience, even one of the panel member praised me lot still they didn't selected me.

Mainly questions about how you handle tough situations or how you have improved or positively impacted groups. Questions were also asked about background general information to get to know the interviewee on a personal level.
