Amazon Area Manager interview questions

Interview was 3 rounds. It was a very casual interview. It was easy to tell 2 of the people were in operations and 1 was from HR. Everyone was very easy to talk to.

The time period from the date of applying to the date of getting the interview call was long however, after that the interview process was quick and streamlined. There were two back to back interviews of 45 minutes each and both the interviewers were amazing. I'd suggest to make the 14 leadership principles your guiding light for all answers and you'll ace it.
