I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Dover, DE) in Aug 2018
Interview
They make you go through the STAR method interview - which is fine. Except that you don’t know exactly which action or result their looking for. I know complete idiots who couldn’t lead themselves out of a paper bag who passed this interview, and also incredibly talented managers who did not. Largely dependent on the 27 year olds running OPS who also got there by luck determining if they want to score your answers as a hit or a miss that day.
Recommend against, heavily.

Tell me about a time you made a decision but needed to quickly change it. How did you do that?
I matched with Amazon on RippleMatch, did an hour-long online skills assessment for the role that included some hypothetical scenarios/involved some basic math, and then the final interview included two, 30-minute interviews conducted by Area Managers over Amazon Chime, Amazon's in-house version of Zoom
