Interview
Three interviews. The first is a group introduction with a recruiter. Second, is a one-on-one with another recruiter. Third was my last interview with a recruiter. It went by pretty smooth. Definitely have to use STAR method, trust me they are taking notes of your responses the entire time and making sure you use it. Have about four solid stories showing either leadership, ownership, thinking out of the box and a problem solving story.

Tell me about yourself (asked in all of my interviews), tell me about a time you came up with an out of the box solution, tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult person, what is your biggest accomplishment. Also, memorize the 14 leadership principles and integrate them into your STAR responses.
As explained in interview prep provided. Just look that over and you should be fine. Star method questions that are behavioral. Amazon provides plenty of prep stuff so you can do good in the interview.
